MSA Group believes in making our clients competent to handle any tasks they need to perform post implementation and that is why we encourage our clients to train their workers and possibly get them certified as Cognos experts. To that end, we provide the following Cognos training services:

Instructor Led: Live, instructor-led training is considered to be the most effective. It involves real-time interaction, in-depth information sharing and direct response to questions. Few educational opportunities are considered more valuable than meeting and interfacing directly with an instructor or staff support for various programs.

Web-based: Participation is possible anywhere with a telephone and a computer with internet access. Audio is delivered over the telephone (toll free) and the slide show and relevant documents can be viewed simultaneously via a web browser. Students save on travel time and expenses. Each web-based training course is facilitated by a MSA Group instructor and may include relevant staff members. Participants also have an opportunity to ask questions during the session on the phone or by typing in questions through an online "chat" feature.

Discounted Training: We also resell Computer-Based Training (CBT) and Cognos directed training at great discounts. For clients who prefer to have their workers attend training at an IBM Cognos site instead of having one of our trainers perform an onsite training in your environment, we have a program which allows you to purchase Cognos CBT and or live training through us at a discount not available on the open market.
